Alexei Miller: Russian-Chinese dialogue in gas industry covers new directions

The Russian-Chinese dialogue in the gas sector covers new directions. This was announced by chairman of the Gazprom’s Board Alexei Miller at the meeting with chairman of the CNPC’s Board Wang Yilin.

On Friday, the parties signed a memorandum of understanding in the field of underground gas storage and gas power generation. The ceremony took place in the presence of the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Chinese President Xi Jinping. "The Russian-Chinese dialogue in the gas sector covers new directions. Our cooperation in the field of underground storage and power generation will contribute to the further deepening of the cooperation between the companies and the significant improvement of the environmental situation in China,"- said Alexei Miller.
