In January - May 2016 the release of polypropylene in Russia grows by 7%.

Within first five months of 2016 the total volume of polypropylene (PP) production in Russia increased by 7% and amounted to 602.9 thousand tons compared to the same period of 2015. The highest growth rates were shown by Tobolsk-Polymer and "Petrochemicals", according to a survey of ScanPlast for MRC.

In May 2016 the total amount of polypropylene output in Russia increased to 123.2 thousand tons compared to 118.3 thousand tons a month earlier. Last month, the capacity utilization of all manufacturers increased, the exceptions were only Stavrolen and "Petrochemicals".
