NK "Rosneft" and Shandong Kerui Petroleum Equipment have signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation in the field of oilfield services, the Russian company reports.
In particular, the memorandum provides for the implementation of a joint pilot project on the territory of Russia.
