Ravil Maganov: If we connect Trebs-Titov with Kharyaga via Khylchuya we can obtain oil quality premium

Vice-CEO of Lukoil Plc. Ravil Maganov said the following in his interview to Krasnoe Znamya paper:
-If we connect Trebs-Titov with Kharyaga via Khylchuya we can obtain oil quality premium. It is not mixed with the heavy oils extracted by Alliance, RusVietPetro and our company in Permo-Carboniferous bedding of Usinskoe deposit anymore. Our new pipe cost us 7 billion RUR and the recoupment period can make up only a year. Besides, it solves the safety problem. If anything happens to the main lines of Usa-Ukhta or Ukhta-Yaroslavl we can supply Varandei terminal with up to 4.7 million tons without stopping the deposits.
