UGMK delays modernization of two zinc plants at the amount of about 3 billion RUR

UGMK delayed modernization of two zinc plants in Chelyabinsk and Vladikavkaz (Electrozinc), is said in the forecast of the RF Ministry for Economic Development about social and economic development of the RF in 2014-2016.
Previously UGMK planned to invest about 3 billion RUR in modernization of two zinc plants in 2013-2015, including 1.2 billion RUR in Chelyabinsk plant to increase production of zinc from 160 thousand tons to 200 thousand tons and 1.54 billion RUR in Electrozinc (about 80-90 thousand tons).
