The cost of the upgrade of the refineries in Russia to be $7.15 billion

On the results of 2014, investments into the modernization of the Russian oil refineries will amount to 299 billion rubles ($7.15 billion), the TASS transmits, referring to a statement of the deputy director of the Russian Energy Minister’s department of oil and gas processing, Yuri Zlotnikov.
