Lukoil to allocate 55.3 billion rubles for interim dividends

Lukoil’s Board of Directors has recommended to the shareholders to approve the payment of dividends for the first nine months of 2015 in the amount of 65 rubles per share, the company reports. Lukoil’s capital makes up 850.63 million ordinary shares, so the total payments will make up 55.29 billion rubles.
An extraordinary meeting of shareholders, which will consider the matter, is scheduled for December 14th, the registry to receive dividends will be closed on December 24th.
