Bashneft plans to carry out an IPO in the second half of 2014. The president of AFK “Systema” M.Shamolin said about it during the telephone conference.
“We speak about the second half of 2014,” Shamolin said. He has noted that it is early to speak about the size of the shareholdings, which can be placed, rupec.ru reports. There discussed a variant where the stock of shares for IPO will both consist of new and current shares, Shamolin said.
