Contractor bothers Gazprom – Ziyad Manasir accuses the monopoly of insufficient financing of projects

As Kommersant has discovered, one of the largest and oldest contractors of Gazprom – Stroygazconsulting of Ziyad Manasir – has resorted to a conflict with the monopoly, complaining about it to the presidential FEC Commission. According to the businessman, the concern doesn’t cope with projects and doesn’t keep to the terms of contracts, forces the contractor to finance the works on its own. Sources of the Kommersant explain the conflict with doubt of Stroygazconsulting about perspectives of its cooperation with the monopoly – now the company wants to receive contracts with Rosneft, Gazprom’s competitor, which Head Igor Sechin is the secretary of the presidential commission.
