Lukoil has closed the agreement with Sberbank about opening of the credit line for 63 billion rubles, the company reports. The credit is granted for 3 years. The raised funds will be spent to common corporative purposes. As on June 30, 2014, Lukoil’s total debt was $9.6 billion compared to $9.1 billion as of December 31, 2013.
