The Kazakh Ministry of Oil and Gas has designed three basic scenarios of oil production: “Forced”, “Economical” and “Pragmatic”, the Minister of Oil and Gas Uzakbai Karabalin said at the extended meeting of the collegium of the Ministry on Monday.
