Tatneft Board of Directors will discuss the annual shareholders meeting

On Tuesday, Tatneft Board of Directors will discuss the annual shareholders meeting under the results of 2013. They will also discuss execution of the company’s budget in 2013 and the budget for February. Besides from that, the agenda includes organization of production at the Bugulma mechanical works of Tatneft and the budget for allowance of the Board of Directors in 2014 and the interest related body transactions.
