The Ukraine again postpones signing of production sharing agreement on Scythian site with ExxonMobil

The signing of the production sharing agreement on hydrocarbons production at the Scythian oil-and-gas-bearing site on the Black Sea’s shelf between the Ukraine and international consortium, headed by ExxonMobil, has been postponed the second time.
According to E.Stavitsky, the agreement will be signed in February of 2014.The reasons for the delay are unknown.
