Privat refuses to buy oil at the price of $35 per barrel

Ukrnafta has defeated auction for the sale of oil, scheduled for January 31, 2015, as didn’t give a request for bids in due time. Auction Committee at its today meeting was forced to postpone the auction for the sale of oil to February 6.
"Members of the Committee unanimously supported the decision to appeal to the General Prosecutor’s Office in connection with the violation of law “On Oil and Gas", which obliges a producer to sell oil on a monthly basis, by Ukrnafta,"- said one of the Committee’s members.
