Rosneft asks 89 bln roubles for “Zvezda” plant’s construction or 80% of its total value

Rosneft asks 89 bln roubles for the project of construction of “Zvezda” plant or 80% of its total value, deputy Minister of Economic Development, N. Podguzov, said.

According to him, the project of Rosneft on the construction of Zvezda plant contains an application for 89 bln roubles from the National Welfare Fund. The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has already made a positive strategic conclusion by this project, Mr. Podguzov said.

“We have 28 projects of Rosneft for consideration which presuppose the total volume of funds from the National Welfare Fund of 1.3 trln roubles”, he added. This list contains projects in the sphere of extraction, processing, projects on the construction of pipelines, and projects in the sphere of modernization of oil refinery plants.

Mr. Podguzov said that the list doesn’t contain the project of “Eastern oil chemicals company”.
