Severneftegazprom starts drilling an exploration well in the Lower Cretaceous deposits.

The work on drilling the next exploration well number P-54 at the Yuzhno-Russkoye gas condensate field of "Severneftegazprom" is under way. This well was the fourth in the project of the follow-up exploration of the Yuzhno-Russkoye field.
Three wells have previously been drilled, two of which have already been constructed. As a result, three new hydrocarbon deposits opened and more information on the geological structure of the Lower Cretaceous sediments was received.
