Gas pipelines, built on the border of the Ukraine and Slovakia, can provide up to 100% of the annual needs of the Ukraine in gas import, Gazprom won’t be able to dictate to Naftogaz the price of "blue fuel" any more, says chief adviser to the chairman of the Naftogaz Ukrainy’s Board Sergei Alekseenko.
