Former deputy of Gutseriev asked to provide “Bashneft” for temporary use

Former vice-president of “Russneft”, the current executive director of “Tatneftegaz” S.Bahir asked Putin to transfer all government’s stake of “Bashneft” to “Tatneftegaz”.
According to “Vedomosti”, S.Bahir wrote a letter on February 2, 2016. It includes a proposal to transfer a 75.08% stake of “Bashneft” for temporary use to the company “Tatneftegaz”. The Federal Property Management Agency will receive $4 billion and Bashkiria - $2 billion in exchange.
