Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia had not yet received a request from Glencore on compliance of the deal to obtain 49 per cent stake in "RussNeft" with Russian law on foreign investment, Deputy Head of FAS Anatoliy Golomolzin announced.
"We will tell you when it appears", - he stated.
