"Gazprom" brings on a negotiator for EC anti-trust hearings.

Aleksandr Medvedev, the company's deputy chairman, will lead the negotiations with the European Commission which presented "Gazprom" official claims for violation of antitrust laws. He has performed as a negotiator with the regulator in 2012-2013. Once the top manager resigned from head of "Gazprom export", the market expected that the effect of Mr. Medvedev would decrease and he could be replaced on the strategic directions, but it did not happen.
