Lukoil to increase dividends by 40%

The Lukoil’s Board of Directors has recommended the meeting of the company’s shareholders to pay dividends by result of the 2014 financial year in the amount of 94 rubles per ordinary share. Taking into account the already paid interim dividends, on the whole, by results of 2014, 154 rubles will be paid per common share of Lukoil, the company reportes.
