In Q1 of 2015, Total’s net profit fell by 20%

In the first quarter of 2015, French oil and gas company Total showed the decline in its net profit by 20%, the company reports.

According to the report, the net income made up $2.6 billion against $3.3 billion in the same period of the previous year. This result was better than forecasts of analysts of the oil and gas sector, who expected a drop in the net profit to $2.18 billion.
