A subsidiary of Rosneft Verkhnechonskneftegaz (VChNG) has filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Energy and Rosnedra, in which it has seeked to challenge the decision of the departments not to accept documents for the provision of export duty benefits for oil from the Verkhnechonskoye field in 2011-2013, filed retroactively in early 2015.
