Government to determine the dividend rate of Transneft for 2015 – Novak

The Board of Directors of Transneft expects the Government order by the volume of dividends for 2015, the Government will make a decision in the near future, the Minister of Energy, A. Novak, said.

Novak said that the dividends will be paid by privileged shares as well in conformity with the legislation.

At the meeting on April 26th the Board of Transneft considered the issue of preliminary profit distribution for 2015.

Previously the Minister of Finance, A. Siluanov, said that the Ministry of Finance had suggested the correction of the budget-2016 by the additional revenue by the dividends at the level of 50% of the profit under IAS for all state companies, including for Rosneft, Transneft and Gazprom.
