Before 2018, Russia to plan to increase capacities of export oil pipelines by 4.7% to 315 million tons

The throughput capacity of the main oil pipelines of the key export directions will make up 215 million tons in 2018 that is by 4.65% more than in 2013, the Ministry of Energy reports in its business operations plan.
The document intends launch of three new main oil pipelines and connection of four Russian refineries to the system of main oil pipelines by 2018.
