А. Yatsenyuk has changed his mind to change the management of Ukrnafta

​The Prime-Minister of the Ukraine, who reminded 2 weeks ago of the necessity to return the dividends of Ukrnafta to the Government after the change of the company’s management, said that he can’t see any grounds to change the managers of the supervision committee on May 29th, the delegate of the Ukraine, V. Voitsitskaya, said.

“My arguments concerning the unpaid 1.7 (1.8) bln grivna of dividends, 2 bln grivna of tax debts before the budget, crucial extraction fall… were not accepted by Mr. Yatsenyuk as meaningful. Speaking about the immediate gathering of the next meeting of the supervision council of Ukrnafta for the elimination of the controlled by Privat group majority in the management – the answer is: “It will be done at the meeting of shareholders.” My argument that the accepted changes to the law “On joint-stock companies” allow… and the fact that the management might be changed only by the supervision council  were not taken into account by the Prime –Minister”, V. Voitsitskaya wrote.
