President of JSC "LUKOIL" Vagit Alekperov, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the RF President in the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich and the Governor of Perm Territory Viktor Basargin participated in the ceremonial launch of the second production line of low-temperature condensation and rectification of associated petroleum gas (NTKR-2) at "LUKOIL Permnefteorgsyntez "(a 100% subsidiary of JSC "LUKOIL").
