By the end of 2016 the French company TOTAL will present SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) a program for the development of the project on exploration and development of Absheron offshore field for approval, SOCAR reports.
"The process of preparation of the program will end this year. Terms of the final investment decision (FID) for the project has not changed, the process is still planned for 2017", - SOCAR states.
