Gazprom hasn’t submitted gas price formula for Q3 to the Ukraine

Gazprom hasn’t submitted the gas price formula for Q3 to Naftogas as yet, the Minister of Energy of Russia, A. Novak, said.
He said previously that for Q2 the price of $177/thousand cubic m is valid.
He added that according to the Ministry of Energy, the Ukraine needs to buy about 9 bln cubic m of gas before the start of the season.
Mr. Novak said that Gazprom is to submit the formula in the near future. The gas purchase will depend on the Ukraine. In general it can’t do without gas purchase to load its storages.
In early June it was reported that Naftogas hoped for the price below $200/thousand cubic m in Q3.
