In Q2, Rosneft reduced its payment to BP by twice because the drop in oil prices

Because of the drop in the oil price, Rosneft has had to cut down payment to BP by twice. BP received $510 million of pretax profit in Q2, runs the company’s report.
It is twice less than in the second quarter last year. The pretax profit of BP made up $1 billion in Q2, 2014. It is a significant source of funds for the British company. It made up 20% of its pretax profit for the second quarter ($5.15 bln) a year ago.
