The Supervisory Board of Vnesheconombank (VEB) has approved the allocation of a 8-year loan in the amount of 5.383 billion yuan (about $ 0.9 billion) to the "Bystrinskaya" mining company (part of Norilsk Nickel) for the construction of the Bystrinsk Mining and Processing Plant (the Trans-Baikal Region). The loan will be granted in the form of project financing, its repayment will begin in 2019.
