TMK Pipes completes buy of oil-service assets in the USA

TMK has paid $26.6 million for oil service assets in the USA, which it bought in April of 2013 from Scottish ITS Tubular Services.
The assets on maintenance services of pipe products and production of appended goods for the oil and gas exploration and production sector are located to the north-east from Houston in the USA.
