A.Texler. Sanctions not to have an impact on Russian projects in the Arctic Region

The projects in the Arctic Region are the priority ones. Neither sanctions nor other decisions can impact them. The Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia in the Murmansk region A.Texler said on August 27th.

He says one must take the sanctions seriously and think several moves ahead.

“On one hand it is an impulse to the development of import substitution, on the other hand it is the best time to analyze the programmes and projects we have at present. I think we will be able to take concrete steps on import substitution and support the projects together with other departments and companies in the near future,” Texler said. The development of the Arctic is of top-priority, he added.
