An explosion at Angarsk refinery

An incident has occurred at the Angarsk refinery (Rosneft) during the disassembly of equipment. The police of the Irkutsk region are investigating the cause of the accident. One man is injured.
“An incident report arrived on August 28th at 11 a.m.” the press-service of the regional police states.
There have carried out emergency operation and there are no risks to people at present.
