Rosneft not to receive 1.5 trillion rubles

The Russian Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukaev has noted that it will be pointless to allocate 1.5 trillion rubles from the National Welfare Fund for Rosneft. As Ulyukaev noted, the authorities have variants of governmental support for Rosneft, but there are much smaller amounts.
