UGMK developing the Yelanskoye and the Yelkinskoye copper and nickel deposits has registered in Voronezh, the Yelansky GOK. UGMK holds 40% in the authorized capital of the entity and Mednogorsk copper and sulfur combine (a 100% branch of UGMK, the license holder of the Yelanskoye and the Yelkinskoye copper and nickel deposits) holds 60%
