According to preliminary data, in July 2015, exports of crude oil from Russia remained at the level of June - 19.3 million tons. In the first six months, the oil production of Rosneft, Lukoil, Slavneft and Russneft fell, the monthly monitoring of the Russian Economic Development Ministry shows.
In January-July, the export increased by 6.6% as compared to the same period of the previous year to 139.8 million tons. Including the export to the non-CIS countries made up 126.7 million tons. The export growth was caused by the reduction in primary oil refining at Russian refineries and attractiveness of oil exports as a result of "tax maneuver".
