Overpass site to be constructed at “Oil Rocks” deposit

The construction of a new overpass site is planned at the Oil Rocks deposit.
The overpass site #1646 aimed for the drilling of 10 operational wells will be located in the sea at the depth of 14 m.
SOCAR plans that each well will produce 10 tons of oil a day.
The new overpass site is planned to be put into operation in 2017.
Modern drilling equipment, lifting cranes, system of protection from corrosion, landing and mooring sites, diesel generators will be installed at the new site.
