LUKOIL is about to pay out interim dividends for Jan-September 2014, 60 roubles per share

LUKOIL’s Board suggests to the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGM) to take a decision on the payment of interim dividends at 60 roubles per ordinary share. It is said in a statement of the company.

The extraordinary general meeting will take place on December 12th, 2014. The list of people, who has right to take part at EGM will be made on November 7th, 2014.

The Board of Directors suggests December 26th, 2014 to be the date, when people, which are eligible for the receipt of interim dividends are defined. The dividends must be paid out within the following period: nominee shareholders and professional securities traders, beneficial owners – not later than on January19th, 2015, to other people, recorded in the LUKOIL’s shareholders register – not later than on February 9th, 2015.
