The head of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation A.Novak suggested stimulating exploration in the Far East and Eastern Siberia by the use of tax privileges.
Delivering a speech at the Presidential Commission on Fuel and Energy Sector on 27th October 2015 A.Novak suggested considering possibilities on the stimulation of geological exploration.
The report of the head of the Ministry of Energy announced some innovations in terms of taxation, which would allow more efficient use of the existing allowances and consider new ones.
