Metalloinvest increases capacities on hot-briquetted iron output

​The held modernization allows not only to increase the production volume, but the stake of high-quality products.

As a result of modernization of the equipment of the first hot-briquetted iron shop of the Lebedinsky GOK of Metalloinvest of A. Usmanov, its production capacities rose by 22 thousand tons of hot-briquetted iron a year, Metalloinvest reports.

The equipment installed at the shop during the capital repair held at all the main mechanisms: shaft furnace, reformer, briquette-press, will allow to reach high results.

By means of equipment of briquette-press by new tools, the rate of hot-briquetted iron output of the highest sort will grow.

The planned capital repair of the hot-briquetted iron shop-1 took 1.5 months. The specialists of 20 domestic and foreign companies participated in it. The main contractors were the affiliates of the plant: LebGOK-EERZ and LebGOK-RMZ.
