Lukoil plans to pay dividends-2014 at previous level

Lukoil plans to pay dividends at the previous level, in spite of maximum level of investments in the amount of $20 billion in 2014, the company’s head ,Vagit Alekperov reported to journalists.

“We will pay dividends despite the highest investment level over the last few years,” – he said.

“This is a peak investment year for Lukoil,” – Alekperov explained.

Nonetheless, in the first six months the company doesn’t plan to take foreign loans, but doesn’t rule out that it will enter the foreign financing market in the last six months of the current year.

“We prepare a number of tools for the last six months, which will allow us to attract foreign financing in case of need,” – the Lukoil’s head said.
