The new owner of The United Oil Field Energy Systems LLC has become the Cyprian offshore Aektor Ventures, according to SPARK-Interfax database.
They suppose that the offshore company acts in favor of the owner of Russneft, M. Gutseriyev. Earlier Kommersant wrote that The United Oil Field Energy Systems was sold to Neftisa oil company; Mr. Gutseriyev is its final beneficiary. Unofficially, the transaction sum was up to 700 million rubles.
The sellers of 100% in The United Oil Field Energy Systems were Distressed Energy Ventures LTD (the Virgin Islands, 40%), Neft-Invest LLC (33%), and Odin Energy (Denmark, 27%). The beneficiaries of these companies are the businessmen from Lithuania, the USA and hotelier from Perm, Russia A. Polev.
