A branch from ESPO oil pipeline to the Eastern Petrochemical Company (Primorye) may cost about 300 billion roubles, said V.Ishaev, presidential plenipotentiary in the Far Eastern Federal District during the press-conference in Khabarovsk. “The sums are so surprising. We have built (during his governance) gas pipeline from Nikolaevsk-on-Amur (Khabarovsk region) of 1.2 thousand km for 12.8 billion roubles.
