Surgutneftegaz wins license for site in Yugra

Surgutneftegaz has won the tender for the right to explore, develop and produce hydrocarbons at the licensed site Panlorsky 4 in the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district.
The company offered 128.538 million rubles for the license, while the initial single payment was 107.115 million rubles. Gazpromneft-Angara also took part in the auction.
