Novatek demands nondiscriminatory access to Gazprom’s gas pipeline in the Courts

Novatek has filed a claim to the Arbitration Court of Moscow against Gazprom asking to provide the nondiscriminatory access to the gas transportation system for gas pumping to NLMK. Novatek asks to make Gazprom sent it the project of the additional agreement to the gas pumping contract.
The claimant asked to take interim measures in the form of banning Gazprom from the restriction or termination of gas collection shipped by Novatek to NLMK in the framework of the supply agreement.
The Court couldn’t find grounds to take the interim measures.
Preliminary hearings are appointed for March 23rd.
