Oil extraction at ACG fell in 2015

​In 2015 oil extraction at the Chirag, Central Azeri, Eastern Azeri, Deep water Gyuneshli and Western Chirag platforms made up 231 mln barrels or 31.3 mln tons, by 0.63% lower than in 2014.

BP –Azerbaijan reports that the average daily extraction at ACG was 634 thousand barrels of oil in 2015.

The daily extraction at the Chirag platform made up 48 thousand barrels, at the Central Azeri – 154 thousand barrels, Western Azeri – 110.3 thousand barrels, Eastern Azeri – 71 thousand barrels, Deep water Gyuneshli-141.4 thousand barrels.

Oil extraction at the Western Chirag platform on average made up 109.4 thousand barrels.

As of the end of 2015, 133 wells were functioning at ACG block – 91 extraction and 42 gas and water injection wells.

In 2015, 15 oil extraction and 2 water injection wells were drilled at ACG.
