Glavgosexpertiza has approved the project of ESPO-2 expansion

The completion of the 2nd stage of expansion of ESO is planned by 2020.
The main department of state expertise (Glavgosexpertiza) has approved the project of expansion of the throughput capacity of ESPO-2, Transneft reports.
To increase the capacity of production capacities of the system, 3 new pumping stations will be constructed, the productivity of 36 route pumping units at the existing oil pumping stations will be increased, the reconstruction of the existing stations will be held. These measures will allow to increase the volume of the pumped by ESPO-2 oil from 30 mln to 50 mln tons a year.
