Russian Private Equity Fund and Japan may create an investment fund

Russian Private Equity Fund (RDIF) is expected to announce about the creation of a joint venture with a Japanese fund, which will invest into the projects in the Far East. The Minister of the Far East Development V.Ishaev said in an interview to Japan newspapers.

According to V.Ishaev, it will attract private and foreign investors. The experience in the carrying out of the APEC in Vladivostok and many other large projects show that it is possible to attract private investments with the state involved. They will replace a large part of the budget money,” the Minister said.
