Russia:Oil export duty to go down by $23

Crude oil export duty will go down by 5.8% to $378.4 per a ton from May 1st, 2013 (from $401.5 per a ton in April 2013). It is said about in the document of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. It contains the results of oil export customs duty rates calculation for May 2013.

The preferential rate of an export duty will make up $179.8 per a ton ($197.1 per a ton a month earlier). The preferential rate on high-viscosity oil, confirmed at 10% of the total oil duty, will go down to $37.8 per a ton ($40.1 per a ton in April).
